WasteWood is een initiatief van Dennis Alkemade. Het werd geboren uit zijn voorliefde voor het gebruiken van, en improviseren met materialen die voorhanden zijn. Het gaat hem aan het hart om te zien hoeveel spullen, waar niets mis mee is, achteloos bij het afval belanden. Zo ook in de houtverwerking.
Als ambachtelijk antiek- en meubelrestaurateur met een creatieve geest, maakt hij van afvalhout prachtige woonaccessoires.
Ons concept
Hout dat overblijft als restmateriaal dat anders als afval verwerkt zou worden, nemen wij over. Daar maken we trendy woonaccessoires van. (Alle, nog bruikbare plankdelen zoeken we handmatig uit.)
